Mr Tyre are proud to be part of the Blue Light Scheme – a network of businesses across the UK who have chosen to offer discounts for anyone working for the emergency services, the NHS, among others. We have chosen to be part of the Blue Light Scheme to support and give something back to the people who provide vital services across the UK every single day. 

Those eligible for the Blue Light Scheme, and therefore the Mr Tyre discount, include:

• Those working for the police
• NHS
• Rescue and response organisations
• Prison services
• Social care workers
• Border force
• And many others

Defence Discount Service

Mr Tyre is also proud to support the British armed forces by offering our products and services through the Defence Discount Service. This means that present and past members of the UK military, along with several other eligible groups, can receive discounts using a Defence Privilege Card. Cardholders can obtain discounts at participating high street shops, restaurants and other establishments – including services here at Mr Tyre.  

So who qualifies? 

• Serving armed forces, including army, navy and RAF
• Reserve forces  
• Spouses/partners of serving personnel
• HM armed forces veterans (ex-serving)
• MoD civil servants
• Bereaved family members
• War/service widow(er)s
• Cadet forces (over 16)  
• NATO personnel in the UK
