Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions
By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Employees of Mr Tyre Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the giveaway or helping to set up the giveaway shall not be permitted to enter.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway. One entry allowed per person.
- The giveaway is available to UK residents aged 18 or over, unless otherwise voided by point 1.
- Closing date for the giveaway will be on 25th August 2022
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Mr Tyre Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Mr Tyre Ltd’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winners will be selected from valid entries during the promotional period, at random on 26th August 2022 for that specific giveaway.
- The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message to the account from which the entry was made within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries.
- The winner will need to provide Mr Tyre Ltd with an email address or physical address so that the prize can be arranged.
- By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these and Meta’s terms and conditions.
- The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

- All information provided will be used for specific competitions only and not for any other marketing purposes.
- The Promoter reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion (including, without limitation, by setting up multiple Instagram, Facebook or other social media accounts in order to submit multiple entries).

Feel like a celebrity at the wheel of a Ferrari, satisfy your need for speed in a Jaguar F-TYPE, experience the sophisticated Audi R8 or live the ultimate luxury in a Bentley Continental. You will each get to select two stylish vehicles from an exciting line-up of iconic supercars. Drive both icons for three exhilarating miles. Put these supercars to the test and navigate the straights and corners of your chosen UK race circuit at blistering speeds. This experience is sure to get the heart pumping!
What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Available Monday–Friday, February–November
- There is a supplement of £20 for weekend bookings
- Please book a minimum of eight weeks in advance
- Minimum age: 17 years
- Individuals under the age of 18 need parental/guardian consent to participate
- You must hold a full valid driving license and must have this with you on the day
- Minimum height: 4’10”
- Maximum height: 6’4″
- Maximum weight: 20 stone
- Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear
- Participants who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate
- Each person driving will need to sign a disclaimer accepting liability in the event of damage being caused to the car through their negligence
- The damage waiver for one car is £25, thereafter it will be £5 more for each additional car driven
- All dates are subject to availability
