Mr Tyre offer Digital Service Records (DSR) to log your Vehicle’s Maintenance Journey

Mr Tyre is now pleased to provide Digital Service Records (DSR) to accurately log and monitor your vehicle’s maintenance. 

The Digital Service Record (DSR) is designed to replace the traditional paper version, which can be easily lost or interfered with. Instead, this digital database, created by each vehicle manufacturer, keeps a secure and clear record of your vehicle’s maintenance history. 

What is a Digital Service Record?

A digital service record is a comprehensive digital log of all servicing activities that have been performed on your vehicle. This record is directly registered on a manufacturer’s database, which is then accessible by authorised parties such as the team here at Mr Tyre. 

This makes for a safe and secure online log that cannot be lost, damaged or tampered with, as opposed to the paper logs we are all accustomed to.

Once the repairs or maintenance works are completed, we can register the services for you on the DSR, even providing a copy for you on request.

Which vehicles are covered?

At Mr Tyre, we’re proud to offer Digital Service Record registration for the following vehicle manufacturers: Jaguar, Land Rover, Skoda, BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Mazda and Mercedes, with Ford coming soon.

If your vehicle manufacturer isn’t listed, then it might mean that there isn’t a DSR available yet or that we need to request access. Either way, feel free to get in touch to enquire further.
